Do you have a trampoline? Or a long flight of stairs you could jog up and down. . .My mom got my overdue sister going by falling down the stairs - but I wouldn't recommend that.
A ride in a car along a very bumpy road/seashore might also be effective...that's how my first one got started...;-D
